Simulation:
Change of parameters: kasesp=0.1, kdiesp=0.002 (=1/500 X WT).
Arrest: Mitotic exit at t=110.7 min.
Experiments:
Cohen-Fix, O. and Koshland, D. (1999). Pds1p of budding yeast has dual roles: inhibition of anaphase initiation and regulation of mitotic exit. Genes Dev. 13:1950-1959.

Experimental results: Tinker-Kulberg, Fig. 3, Mutant is inviable. Cohen-Fix, Fig. 6A, Mutant is inviable, sisters are not separated, but Clb2 is degraded, and the degradation is slightly delayed with a 20 min lag.
Comments: In simulation, the mutant is predicted to be inviable, and Clb2 degradation is delayed by 13 min.
